·        Thursday Morning Activities

The prayer group will continue to meet each Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m.

We are beginning a Lenten study this week at 10:00 a.m. studying He Chose The Nails by Max Lucado.  Everyone who is able is encouraged to come and share this time of fellowship and learning.  Bring a friend.

 

 

·        Wednesday Activities--Notice time changes for dinner and service

Because of the Ash Wednesday service at 6:45, we will serve dinner at 6:00 p.m.

 

 

·        New Outreach Effort for Zion Grace

We will be going out in pairs to canvas the streets surrounding our church, introducing ourselves, asking a few questions and passing out our new brochure about Zion Grace. If you are interested in participating in this effort, please contact Chip Davis.

 

 

·     Congregational Covered Dish Lunch March 4th

 

 

 

 

 

·        Prayer List Insert

As it is very important for us to be mindful of those who need our special prayers, we are including a prayer list insert in the bulletin each week for use in our daily prayers. There are 4 ways you may be sure a person’s name will be included on the list: fill out a pray request card found in the pews, email the church at zgumc@ziongraceumc.org

, attend the Thursday morning prayer meeting with a request or call and leave a message at church 423-2118 or with Clarence Jones, 816-5452.   

 

 

·        Food Pantry Needs

Our Food Pantry is in need of a few items. Please bring peanut butter, jelly, canned peas, canned corn, Jiffy Mix, jello and regular size boxes or bags of cereal to help restock our shelves.
